For me, 80/20 means focusing on the habits that make the biggest difference while leaving room to enjoy life. It’s about making intentional choices most of the time-not striving for perfection all of the time.

I’m a mom, healthcare professional, and certified holistic health coach who’s experienced healthcare from both sides—as a patient and as a healthcare professional.

After navigating my own health challenges, I learned that health isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about making intentional choices that help you feel your best and fully experience the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

That’s why I created 80/20 Health Hunny—to help moms create healthier, more intentional lives so they can show up fully for themselves, their families, and the life they love through practical wellness, ingredient-conscious choices, and an 80/20 approach that leaves room for real life.
